Ilaria Angioni | RiADATTO

ARCHITECT& CO-FOUNDER

Ilaria Angioni

Graduated from the Politecnico di Milano, Ilaria Angioni has gained significant experience in architectural design and urban regeneration, working on public and private projects that integrate architecture, landscape, technological innovation, and bio-architecture principles.
In 2020, she co-founded RIADATTO with Stefano Vantaggiato, establishing a studio that brings together architecture and engineering through an integrated approach based on BIM methodology, with a strong focus on construction quality, sustainability, and information management processes.
For Ilaria, architecture is a tool for social and environmental transformation: “Every project must give back value to the context and the people who inhabit it.”
She leads a multidisciplinary team that works with method, creativity, and vision, pursuing the mission of creating functional, sustainable, and responsible spaces, where technology and bio-architecture become drivers of innovation and well-being.

Stefano vantaggiato | RiADATTO

CIVIL ENGINEER & CO-FOUNDER

Stefano Vantaggiato

Graduated with honors in Civil Engineering from the Politecnico di Torino, Stefano Vantaggiato has built his professional path by combining the technical rigor of engineering with the sensitive vision of architecture. His experience ranges from public works to the integrated design of buildings and infrastructure, with a particular focus on urban regeneration and construction quality.
In 2020, he co-founded RIADATTO with Ilaria Angioni, an architecture and engineering firm that integrates multidisciplinary expertise and innovative approaches such as BIM, process digitalization, environmental sustainability, and Project Management as a tool for technical and managerial coordination.
For Stefano, every project is a balance between functionality, beauty, and responsibility: “Building means taking care of the places and the people who inhabit them.”
Studio RIADATTO has become a reference point for high-quality projects, where the tradition of building meets technological innovation. Vision, precision, and teamwork are the principles that guide his understanding of the profession and the future of integrated engineering.

ENVIRONMENTAL CIVIL ENGINEER

​Matteo Bolzacchini

Enrolled in 2014 in the Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering at the Politecnico di Milano, he graduated in 2018. In the same year, he decided to pursue a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, focused on soil protection and the prevention of natural hazards, developing a strong interest in hydraulic modeling and risk mitigation works.
In 2021, he earned his Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering – Environmental and Land Protection, with a thesis on “The Value of Monitoring the Structural Conditions of Bridges Subject to Scour Phenomena: Case Study – Borgoforte Bridge over the Po River.”

ADMINISTRATION

Alessandra Daccò

She graduated in Sociology in 2003. The following year, she began her professional experience at a design firm in Milan as an operations secretary.
Over the years, she has gained experience in the management of structural documentation and project coordination.

ARCHITECT

​Ashan Abegunawardena

In 2014, he enrolled in the Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Design at the Politecnico di Milano – Piacenza campus, where he developed a stronger interest in a more landscape-oriented architectural approach, graduating in 2018.
In the same year, he chose to continue his studies with a specialization in Architecture and Urban Design, deepening his interest in the field of BIM and inter-scalar architecture. During this period, he also completed an internship at a design firm, participating in several architectural competitions.
He obtained his Master’s Degree in Architecture and Urban Design in October 2021, with a thesis focused on the redevelopment of the Sammartini area in Milan, exploring the adaptive reuse of abandoned spaces (rail-connected warehouses), building on the awareness and experience he had developed throughout his academic journey.

ARCHITECT

​Guia Campiglio

He graduated in 2021 from the Politecnico di Milano, where he explored themes related to cultural enhancement and architectural reuse. He completed a year of Civil Service at the Architecture Archive of Milan and obtained his professional qualification, subsequently joining the Order of Architects of Milan.
Within the studio, he is involved in all phases of the design process, from technical and economic feasibility studies to construction management, maintaining constant attention to technical quality and the consistency of architectural choices.
He works in a BIM environment as a BIM Specialist, focusing on advanced modeling, information integration, and the production of documentation required for tenders, public calls, and competitions.
He combines technical rigor with design sensitivity, contributing to concept development and the definition of details that give projects their identity and value.

ARCHITECT

Elisa Cuccorese

She graduated in Sustainable Architecture and Landscape Design in 2022, consolidating her interest in sustainable architecture and landscape design. At the same time, she gained experience in a small Milan-based firm specializing in interior renovation, deepening her understanding of the relationship between urban scale and construction detail, and developing a comprehensive and cross-disciplinary design vision.
In 2025, she obtained her BIM Specialist certification, enabling her to integrate advanced digital tools into the design process and the management of information models.
Within the firm, she is involved in architectural design at every stage: from concept development to detailed and executive design, through to on-site operational coordination. She is particularly responsible for construction management, overseeing dialogue with contractors, monitoring workmanship, and ensuring alignment between design, timelines, and quality standards.

ARCHITECT

Migena Nezha

Enrolled in the Master’s Degree in Architecture and Urban Design at the Politecnico di Milano, she graduated in 2023 with a thesis on urban regeneration entitled “The Different Dimensions of Sustainable Tourism – Opportunities and Strategies for Urban and Landscape Regeneration in Varese.” She is registered with the Order of Architects of the Province of Varese.
During her academic years, she collaborated with several architecture firms and worked at the Politecnico di Milano as a teaching assistant in design studios.
In recent years, as a BIM Specialist, she has carried out architectural surveys using laser scanner technology and developed architectural design through BIM software, overseeing all project phases — from technical and economic feasibility to construction management.

BUILDING ENGINEER - ARCHITECT

​Mariapia Bruno

She is a Building Engineer–Architect with a strong academic background and a passion for architectural design. After graduating from the University of Calabria in 2022, with an experimental thesis focused on the application of the CARTIS project in the Municipality of Belmonte Calabro (CS) — conducting a comparative seismic analysis on a building aggregate — she chose to further enrich her professional profile by joining the Order of Engineers of Milan.
She primarily focuses on architectural design using BIM software and on the revision and development of structural drawings, working across all phases of the project, from technical and economic feasibility to construction management.

STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

Simone Martinelli

A Structural Engineer, he graduated in Building Architecture in 2017 with a thesis focused on the engineering design of a new sports arena for the city of Sesto San Giovanni (MI). In 2019, he passed the State Examination and registered with the Order of Engineers of the Province of Varese.
In 2021, he completed a Second-Level Master’s Degree in Seismic Design of Structures for Sustainable Construction, with a thesis centered on the structural design of a reinforced concrete residential building with lightweight slab systems.
Since graduation, he has collaborated with independent professionals across the provinces of Milan and Varese, further developing his expertise in structural engineering while working closely with construction companies. He joined Studio RIADATTO in January 2024.

CIVIL ENGINEER - INTERIOR DESIGNER

Nadia Vlasopoulou

Nadia Vlasopoulou is an engineer and designer whose vision combines technical rigor with artistic sensitivity. She graduated in Civil Engineering from the University of Patras (Greece, 2014) and later earned a Master’s Degree in Interior Design from the Politecnico di Milano, following her natural inclination toward the aesthetic and spatial dimension of design.
In Milan, she began her professional career collaborating with firms and companies in the fields of architecture, interior design, and product design, gaining experience in both national and international contexts. She has contributed to projects in the residential and hospitality sectors, and has developed product collections for renowned brands such as Seletti and Yo2.
Her design vision emerges from the meeting of rationality and creativity — an approach that allows her to transform intuition into form, balance, and materiality.

 


BUILDING ENGINEER- ARCHITECT

Matteo Fiorini

He graduated with honors in Building Engineering–Architecture from the University of Padua in 2021, completing a study path focused on the integration of architectural design and the construction process. Shortly after graduating, he obtained his professional qualification and, since 2022, has been registered with the Order of Engineers of Verona.

Between 2023 and 2025, he collaborated on the Waterfront di Levante construction site in Genoa, an urban regeneration project designed by Renzo Piano Building Workshop. He was primarily involved in the residential and commercial plots of the masterplan, focusing on interdisciplinary design coordination for the construction phase and the preparation of as-built documentation.

Alongside his professional activity, he has deepened his expertise in digital methodologies applied to construction. Between 2024 and 2025, he attended the Second-Level Master’s Degree “BIM: Methods, Models, and Applications” at the Politecnico di Milano, focusing on computational processes and information management in a BIM environment, a fundamental basis for integrated design and document quality.

In March 2026, he joined the RiADATTO team, contributing to the preparation of cost documentation, construction management, and the coordination of relationships with suppliers in the selection of materials for the firm’s projects.
In his work, he combines technical rigor, coordination skills, and a vision focused on sustainability and construction quality, in line with the studio’s multidisciplinary and integrated approach.

CIVIL ENGINEER

Marco Bocca

Marco Bocca is a civil engineer with solid professional experience dating back to 2003. He graduated with a score of 105/110 from the Politecnico di Torino – Second Faculty of Vercelli, obtained his professional license in 2001, and has been registered with the Order of Engineers of the Province of Biella since 2003.
Throughout his career, he has collaborated with various professional firms and undertaken direct assignments for companies, private clients, and public authorities, specializing in hydraulics, hydrogeological works, geotechnics, and construction engineering.
His expertise includes the preparation of hydraulic and hydrological reports, with advanced proficiency in calculation tools such as HEC-RAS, SWMM, EC737, and Runoff Lab; the design, construction management, and safety coordination of hydrogeological interventions and road infrastructure; the drafting of geotechnical reports for foundations and slope stabilization; the execution of static testing of reinforced concrete and steel structures; and the design of facilities for the storage and processing of non-hazardous waste.
