Digitalization integrated processes

Project funded by the Regional FESR Program 2021–2027 of the Lombardy Region

Digital transformation today represents a fundamental tool for improving the quality, efficiency, and coordination of project processes.

Thanks to the support of theRegional FESR Program 2021–2027, RiADATTO has initiated a path ofintegrated innovationaimed at digitizing the activities of surveying, design, and management of building renovation interventions.

The introduction of advanced technologies such as 3D scanning, photogrammetry, information modeling, and collaborative platforms now allows the studio to tackle project complexity with greater precision, speed, and interoperability.

Concrete results

The project has allowed Studio Riadatto to consolidate its digital maturity in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) sector. The maturity level measured according to the SELFI4.0 model has increased from 2.5/4 to3.6/4, positioning the Studio in the category of "digital specialist."

The intervention was structured along four lines: introduction of advanced digital surveying technologies, structured adoption of the BIM paradigm with state-of-the-art software suites, development of a proprietary platform for managing information flows, and an extensive training and certification program for personnel — in compliance with UNI EN ISO 19650 and UNI 11337 standards.

An investment in process quality

The intervention allowed RiADATTO to consolidate its digital maturity in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) sector, moving from a SELFI4.0 level of 2.5/4 to 3.6/4.
The digitization of processes today allows for smoother information management, better interdisciplinary coordination, and greater control capacity throughout all project phases.

The goal is not only technological but cultural: to build a more integrated, efficient, and quality-oriented working method.
