The ongoing project involves the construction and completion of an industrial building. The building is divided into several functional areas, both on the ground floor and the first floor. On the ground floor, we find an AUDITORIUM, a versatile space suitable for the various needs of the community, capable of hosting recreational activities and school theater events; CLUSTER CLASS, areas divided into mini-classes that allow for the dissemination of various disciplines and introduce young people to the discovery of nature, history, and technology; EXHIBITION ROOMS, which utilize old tanks previously used for brining, in order to preserve memories; LABORATORY, a space dedicated to the washing, recovery, restoration, and cataloging of artifacts. This environment allows for the management of processes related to the artifacts and the historical testimonies present. On the ground floor, there is also a BISTRO and related services, which include a bistro bar with a kitchen to offer a culinary experience linked to the territory. On the first floor, we find ARTIFACT STORAGE AREAS, a specific and closed space dedicated to the hospitality of cataloged and inventoried artifacts from Sizzano and neighboring municipalities. There is also another BISTRO, a small restaurant that offers the opportunity to taste local culinary specialties, with exposed brick walls intertwined with new steel and glass facades to highlight the existing structure. In summary, the project involves the creation of a multifunctional industrial building, with spaces dedicated to the auditorium, cluster classes, exhibition rooms, laboratory, bistro, and services. This structure aims to promote education, culture, and the enhancement of the territory through events, dissemination, and preservation of historical artifacts.
