Nestled in a charming mountain landscape with breathtaking views of the majesty of Monte Rosa, in the heart of the lush Valsesia, the construction of a new generation Equestrian Center is underway, designed and studied in every detail to create a perfect habitat for the well-being of horses, fully respecting the environment. A green structure with low environmental impact built with rigorous criteria: thermal insulation of the stable walls and roof, use of natural materials in harmony with the surrounding landscape. Air and Light are the key elements of the project where energy efficiency and horse comfort are the foundations; for this reason, domes have been placed along the stable roof to ensure constant and natural air circulation and lighting, providing a pleasant atmosphere of well-being for the health of the horses.
A contemporary place designed to host numerous and diverse sports and hospitality activities: we are exactly in the small municipality of Alagna, a precious tourist location, at an altitude of 1,112 meters. In this scenic context, the new Equestrian Center with a green concept represents a true virtuous uniqueness that also tells how local entrepreneurship, approaching the sustainable architectural themes proposed by the Studio, has not forgotten the development of the entire territory; in fact, all this has allowed the project, as a whole, to fall within the Regional Contribution of the Rural Development Program of the Piedmont Region (PSR).
