Rivoli Urban Art Park

The project involves the radical transformation of an area in Rivoli, combining the demolition of obsolete and dangerous structures with the development of new multifunctional spaces and the redevelopment of green areas. At the heart of the project is the construction of a new multifunctional building, which proposes a “gallery” along the main path of the park, offering new flexible spaces for artistic exhibitions, community activities, and services such as cafes and multifunctional classrooms. The intervention renews the surrounding green area, introducing pedestrian and cycling paths, rest areas, and new plantings, transforming the space into an inclusive and accessible park that invites exploration and relaxation. The intervention includes the renovation of Viale Gramsci with the addition of new parking areas, improving accessibility and integration with the urban context. The project stands out for the introduction of architectural solutions aimed at thermal and hygrometric control, such as polycarbonate panels with ventilation grids for the gallery, and for the choice of sustainable materials in the external pavements. The planned technological systems ensure high environmental comfort, energy efficiency, and reduced ecological impact. Aiming to strengthen the bond between art, culture, and community, the Rivoli project serves as a model of urban intervention that enhances the existing heritage through innovation and environmental respect. It aims to create spaces that stimulate meeting, discovery, and belonging, thus contributing to collective well-being and the construction of a more conscious and inclusive future.
