Sports Facility in Balocco

The project focuses on the redevelopment of the sports area in Bastia di Balocco and is divided into several phases. The first phase involves the lighting of the entire area, followed by the design of a parking lot intended for camper parking. Subsequently, the demolition of the old football field is planned to make way for a new facility of larger dimensions that complies with current regulations. Along the west side, a breakwater has been placed, which also serves as seating for watching the matches. The entrance to the area will be redeveloped with a driveable path that starts from one of the two entrances and runs alongside the football field on the east side. The two buildings present in the area will also be redeveloped through energy efficiency improvements. To increase attendance, a new tensile structure with a wooden supporting structure is planned, within which a padel court will be set up in accordance with the regulations of the International Padel Federation. Two table tennis tables will also be installed, certified according to the regulations of the International Table Tennis Federation.
